1. Eligibility & Registration

Participation is open to individuals aged 16 years and above residing in Nigeria, Ghana, and Cameroon. By registering, participants confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Panafriq reserves the right to verify participant details at any time. Registration is free, but only fully completed and verified profiles will be eligible to compete.

2. Voting & Payments

Votes can be purchased at a fixed rate of ₦50 per vote through approved payment channels. Payments are processed securely, and votes are credited only after successful confirmation. For manual transfers (e.g., Opay/Momo), voters must submit valid proof of payment for verification before votes are allocated. Panafriq reserves the right to delay or decline vote allocation where payment cannot be confirmed.

3. Voting Rules

• 1 vote = ₦50 (auto-converted for GHS / XAF users)
• No cap on votes purchased per person
• Votes are non-transferable between contestants
• Fraudulent voting leads to permanent disqualification

4. Stage Advancement

• Stage 1: Minimum 100 votes required to advance to Stage 2
• Stage 2: Minimum 600 votes required to advance to Stage 3 Finals
• Stage 3: Top 10 by votes win prizes; all others eliminated
• Stage one last two weeks while stage two and three last one week each. When a stage ends, advancement is automatic and instant.
• Contestants who do not meet the threshold are removed immediately and permanently.

5. Contest Integrity & Fair Use

Panafriq is committed to a fair and transparent competition. The platform reserves the right to monitor, review, and audit all voting activities. Any suspicious activity may trigger an investigation, during which votes may be temporarily withheld or removed pending review. Stage Progression & Competition Structure.
The competition is conducted in stages, each with a defined vote threshold and deadline. Participants must meet the required vote count within the specified timeframe to advance. Rankings are determined strictly by the number of valid votes received during each stage.

6. Prizes & Rewards

Winners will be determined based on final vote counts at the end of the competition. The grand prize and any additional rewards will be awarded as advertised. Panafriq reserves the right to verify the eligibility and compliance of winners before prize distribution.

7. Privacy

By participating, contestants grant Panafriq the right to use their submitted content (including photos, videos, and profiles) for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
Personal data is collected solely for contest purposes. Data will not be sold. Photos will be displayed on the platform.

Warnings

False Information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage will result in immediate disqualification, with possible removal from the platform.
No Refund Policy: All vote purchases are final. Once payment is confirmed, votes cannot be reversed, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances.
Fraudulent Activities:Any attempt to manipulate results including vote inflation, use of bots, hacking, or unauthorized scripts will lead to immediate disqualification, loss of votes, and a permanent ban from the platform.
Payment Risks:Failure to provide valid proof for manual transfers may result in loss of votes. Users are responsible for ensuring payments are made correctly using approved channels.
Deadline Enforcement: Votes received after a stage deadline will not be counted. Participants who fail to meet the required vote threshold within the allotted time will be automatically eliminated.
Final Authority:All decisions made by Panafriq regarding eligibility, votes, disputes, and winners are final and binding.
